MIME-Types are held in /root/Choice/MIME-Types

We need to ensure that these work with our customised distribution to provide a polished user experience.

e.g.

OpenOffice: MIME-types_oo_nopath.tar.gz
(NB These change for v2.0!:http://framework.openoffice.org/documentation/mimetypes/mimetypes.html)

text_plain -> beaver
(No longer needed, since we are using /usr/local/bin/defaulttexteditor instead & this already points to beaver)

text_html -> /usr/local/firefox/firefox
(No longer needed, since we are using /usr/local/bin/defaultbrowser instead!)
