Workaround 1: Reconfigure settings by hand

1. After rebooting to Factory state manually reset any stored settings such as locale.
2. Save configuration.

Workaround 2: Delete file manually

Prior to issuing reboot to Factory Reset, manually erase the initial-config.config file as follows.

1. Launch a terminal from Start->Administration->Terminal
2. enter the following command in the terminal
   

   sudo rm -f /mnt/config/initial-config.config

3. Reboot to factory via Start->Administration->Reboot System
